The mission of the Developer Experience team is to enhance the overall experience for all Back Markers (300+ people), aiming for a consistent and reliable development landscape. This goal is pursued by providing robust tooling, establishing clear guidelines, and maintaining a unified source of truth, all designed to make the development workflow more efficient.
I manage multiple teams and individuals within this domain, helping them grow, fostering accountability, and ensuring alignment with the vision and mission of both the Developer Experience team and Back Market, all in service of our Back Markers.

Infrastructure Engineering Manager in the transversal Core team, evolving around 60 feature teams and 400+ engineers. My teams are composed of a dozen DevOps people (IaaS) and a TPM (Technical Project Manager). Our mission is to build easy access, efficient and scalable products for developers around infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, Observability, or Storage based on Cloud providers’ services, and also to our 29+ million users.
